The ISCTech Organizing Committee cordially invites you to participate in the 2026 IEEE 14th International Conference on Information Systems and Computing Technology (ISCTech 2026). The conference will be grandly held in Jiaxing, China, from October 23rd to 25th, 2026. It is hosted by the IEEE China Council and Jiaxing University, and co-sponsored by ELSP (ELSPublishing), Kunming University of Science and Technology, and Changsha University of Science & Technology.
Focusing on information systems, computing technology, and related research fields, the conference extensively invites renowned experts, scholars, and industry elites from home and abroad. It aims to provide a high-level platform for information exchange, as well as a channel for the display and promotion of innovative achievements for domestic and international scholars.

Publication Information: All submissions must be peer-reviewed by 2-3 experts. Following a strict review process, all accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings by IEEE and submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing upon publication.

Submission Instructions
1. Submission Instructions:
(1) Manuscripts must be entirely in English and should not be purely review articles. They should possess academic or practical application value and must not have been previously published in any domestic or international academic journals or conferences. The overall structure must comply with the formatting requirements of scientific papers.
(2) Please format your paper according to the provided template and submit the full manuscript (Word or LaTeX format).
(3) The recommended length for submissions is 5-6 pages, including formulas, figures, and tables.
2. Review comments or acceptance notifications will be provided within 7-15 working days after submission.
3. Please complete your registration within 5 working days upon receiving the acceptance notification.
4. The similarity rate of the final manuscript (including references) must not exceed 25%. You may check for similarity using iThenticate or Crossref.
Participation Categories (Online & Onsite)
1. Author Participation
Authors of accepted papers are invited to attend the conference and present their research work.
2. Oral Presentation Participation
Participants who wish to deliver a presentation without publishing a paper are welcome to register as oral presenters. Please submit your presentation slides (PPT) to the conference email address and complete the registration process. Approved presentations will be included in the official conference program.
3. Listener Participation
Participants who wish to attend the conference without giving an oral presentation may register as listeners by contacting the Organizing Committee.
